Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FilterNetX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FilterNetX regarding your use of the App.

Description of Service

FilterNetX is a proxy client application that allows you to:

  • Import and manage v2ray server configurations (vless/vmess/trojan/shadowsocks)
  • Connect to your own proxy servers
  • Configure custom DNS and routing settings
  • Store your configurations locally on your device

Important: FilterNetX is a client application only. We do not provide, operate, or maintain any proxy servers or VPN services.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of FilterNetX, you are responsible for:

  • Server Configuration: Providing valid and properly configured v2ray server links
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use of proxy services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Server Performance: The quality and reliability of your own server connections
  • Content Responsibility: All content accessed through your proxy connections
  • Security: Protecting your device and server configurations from unauthorized access

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FilterNetX for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Accessing content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in illegal activities or fraud
  • Circumventing geo-restrictions for illegal purposes
  • Distributing malware or engaging in cyber attacks
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

No Warranty

FilterNetX is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the security or reliability of your connections
  • Warranties about the performance of your servers

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FilterNetX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Security breaches or data loss
  • Any damages resulting from your use of proxy services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

FilterNetX does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or usage data. All your configurations remain on your device.

Intellectual Property

FilterNetX and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FilterNetX at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete the App from your device at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the App with new Terms
  • Providing notice through the App interface

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FilterNetX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FilterNetX regarding the use of the App.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and FilterNetX.
